"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Great they did a deep clean and now come every 2 weeks. I Trust them in my home when I am not there. Overall great people!!!!!"

"Could not have been better.  2 wonderful powerhouses arrived right on time, brought in all of their own equipment and cleaning supplies.  We had a quick tour including my "want list" and they were at it like wildfire.  Amazing.

"They were 10 minutes late but it was well worth it, I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch, ASA came with 2 cleaning girls, and they were awesome, you can tell that they knew what they were doing. House smelled like fresh lemon slices after they left, they also added 10% off too my weekly maid service account with them"

"House cleaning without proper equipment. Unprofessional. Dirty water used to clean.

"My carpet looks new!! All spots removed! Work was done timely and very efficiently. Drying time was short. No residual odors at all. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning, and will use them in the future for some of the other services they offer!"

"Sears Home Improvement Products have washers and fittings to repair washing machines and such. The staff seem real knowledgeable and they were friendly with my son when my son was asking the sort of questions he asks everyone! The pricing is reasonable."

"Quick response, accomodated Saturday afternoon request, followed thru with phone call, arrived on time. Needed carpet cleaning and flea treatment. I think it worked...."
