"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Outstanding! My house smells so clean. They did a wonderful job. They moved everything in the room cleaned under on top of everything. She is a very caring person looking to please you. I'm so looking forward to hiring her again. Thank you, Tina"

"Using them was great the first time and they cleaned well. I had to have them comeback to some cleaning but there prices were outrageous.  I don’t know if they got used a lot and felt like they we entitled to up their price. I did not use them again, only that one time. It did not took them a long time to come out, it was a couple of days. The girls were friendly and they were fast."

"They were 10 minutes late but it was well worth it, I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch, ASA came with 2 cleaning girls, and they were awesome, you can tell that they knew what they were doing. House smelled like fresh lemon slices after they left, they also added 10% off too my weekly maid service account with them"

"Alex and his crew did a phenomenal job, as usual. We've used Ode's for everything from cutting down perilous branches in our yard to a complete home, garage, and yard clean-up. He gets back to us quickly, he comes when he says he's going to come, he works no matter what the conditions are, and he's got an eye and desire for perfection."

"My carpet looks new!! All spots removed! Work was done timely and very efficiently. Drying time was short. No residual odors at all. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning, and will use them in the future for some of the other services they offer!"
