"They were 10 minutes late but it was well worth it, I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom ranch, ASA came with 2 cleaning girls, and they were awesome, you can tell that they knew what they were doing. House smelled like fresh lemon slices after they left, they also added 10% off too my weekly maid service account with them"

"S&S Cleaning Services are the BEST! Excellent work ethics, Punctual, I Love their thoroughness cleaning, dusting, polishing and most of all going above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Out of all the cleaning services I've had over the years, I like S&S Cleaning Services the most because as a disable person sometimes I need help moving stuff and they NEVER say no nor complaint like other cleaning services do. I highly recommend them, they are very respectful, friendly and professional. I have them come to my house several times a month now and every time I'm impressed with their work ethics. Thanks S&S!"

There are several reasons why your furnace filter might get dirty quickly. For example, if you run your furnace often, more air—and therefore, more contaminants—will flow through the system and clog your filter. Having pets is another reason that your filter accumulates dirt quickly. Also, thinner filters will get dirty faster than thicker ones.

If you don't regularly change your HVAC air filter, it will become clogged with dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This blockage forces the system to work harder to circulate air, leading to several negative consequences. You may experience higher energy bills, poor temperature regulation, reduced air quality, and slower system performance. Over time, this added strain can cause parts to break more frequently, lead to system failure, and ultimately shorten the lifespan of your entire HVAC unit. In some cases, it can also contribute to health problems. It's recommended to change the filter at least every three months.

In-home air purifiers really do work. However, their value depends on what you're trying to achieve. Mechanical air filters other than those with true HEPA filtration aren't capable of removing bacteria and viruses from the air. However, many of them can reduce very fine particles, including pollen, a known allergen. On the other hand, UV light filters can remove harmful pathogens but can't remove particles.

Air purifiers are meant to kill airborne mold, along with pollen and dirt. Air purifiers are a good option if you have allergies and need a whole-home solution, whereas dehumidifiers are best for naturally damp areas (like a bathroom). Consider getting an indoor air quality test to determine if an air purifier is right for you.

While caulking is handy for quite a bit of jobs, it’s still limited. Any crack or gap larger than 1/4 inch is best left for a more intensive repair job. When you hire house painters, they should run a thorough check to see what they need to repair before they start the job.

Large repairs that caulking typically won’t do well with include cracks or holes larger than a 1/4 inch, rotted wood, or metal surfaces, such as garage doors.
