My carpet looks new!! All spots removed! Work was done timely and very efficiently. Drying time was short. No residual odors at all. I would highly recommend them for any carpet cleaning, and will use them in the future for some of the other services they offer!

So disappointed. I would never recommend. My carpets smell horrific; way worse than prior. These carpets are only 1 year old and all I can smell in my house now is dog. I think they got way too wet. The service is abysmal. I reached out to tell them and they told me they would come back to inspect. They never showed. I had my house cleaned and ready and took off work. I contacted them SIX times. It?s been 2 days and I still have not had a response.

He was terrible. Job was never completed, unprofessional, I was supposed to get disinfectant sprayed in the vents and he sprayed it under the house and did not even clean all the vents. He was supposed to come back but never showed and is not calling me back. Their advertisement is false. They do not use cameras like they say they do. I would not recommend.
