This goes from price and the quality of the product they are trying to sell. What he said to me made sense after I had already done research about the different types of fences. We had at least four price quotes prior to Mike coming out to the house. A well informed consumer is the best when dealing with contractors, doing any type of work on your home. After meeting with him we made the decision very quickly to go with his company. They have great follow up to let you know when you are going to be scheduled. With all the windstorms we get I was particularly concern with the posts being well reinforced with concrete. I am confident this one is well done.
