Their team was very professional. Did great job on my pool fence and yard fence highly recommend them.

John is a very professional nice guy. Its nice to call a company and the owner comes and not just some salesman. Speaking to the owner is a nice personal touch that is few and far between these days. He takes the time to have a conversation with you which shows you he's not just trying to land a job but a relationship with a customer for years to come. I did not write a price because I feel the price is a unique negotiation between the customer and service provider. I will say he understands what a reasonable price means. That said, the job was perfectly done. The fence looks incredible. The quality is among the top 5 best types of PVC. The crew was professional and well seasoned fence guys. They answered any question you had and asked along the job (if you are there) how you like it so far. I also had chain-link installed. Also a superb job well done. I would highly recommend John (The Fence Guy) for any of your fence needs. He guarantees his work and honorably stands behind his work with pride. John-Thank you!!

John was on time for estimate. He provided a couple of options as we requested. When we gave him the job, he came and completed the work promptly over 2 day period. Clean up and removed old fencing. Overall a good experience.

After the job was completely completed we noticed the gates were completely sagging. The gates did not close on their own and you had to actually lift them up by hand to open or close them. The post started splitting and John stated, "that is supposed to happen with the wood." They did come to the house 2-3 times, but whatever they were doing was not working out. One of his workers said he probably should of used 10 ft. posts and cemented them in, however never came back. I called again around July and one day I came home, the gate was open and they told me to bungee it closed. We are very dissatisfied with the service he provided, we just want this fixed.

"30 years in the fence business I have never told a customer to BUNGEE their gate closed. It seems like some people use this format as a platform to trash a companys reputation. Its a shame when someone can make a statment and omit the truth. Our companys commitment is to make every customer happy its ufortunate that some people its impossable. We tried several times, most would not have even tried"

Install went great. John's provided a quote that was much less expensive than the competition, and went above and beyond with the installation. His guys also repaired an existing fence at no additional cost.

"The fence was installed on 6/27/06 the customer never expressed any complaints. as a matter of fact we go over every installation uopn completion and we have our customers sign a certificate of completion which states: I state that all work has been completed on 6/27/06 in a proper manner and to my satisfaction in accordance with my contract with The Fence Guy. Which we have on file signed and dated from Member. I'm at a loss how someone can be satisfied upon completion and then make false statments?"
