Customer service was not good. I called multiple times to follow up on my fencing. They also broke my sprinkler head.

I have used Precision Fence in the past, probably before you could write a review on Goolge. Mike, Tom, and the rest of the crew have always been top notch to work with. Fair pricing, Great product and attention to detail are just a few of the highlights. This time around the new fence we were having installed was on an area of my property that never had a fence before. To avoid problems with my Neighbor I hired a licensed surveyor to identify the property line. Well that went over like a lead balloon and my neighbor had fit. While the PF crew was onsite preparing to install the fence, my neighbor called the cops and claimed Adverse Possession. The PF crew notified Mike who immediately came to the job site to assist. He did not have to do that; he was very professional throughout the entire situation even trying to reason with my neighbor. Unfortunately, it was not resolved so I see civil court in my near future. If you are looking for a great fence contractor look no further Precision Fence gets an A++ with 110% satisfaction from me.

The company was very thorough and explained every product so we could make an honest decision. Their price was very fair and the three crews they used were very professional. The salesman/installer was present at the time and it was nice to see a family run business that cared about what we wanted. I highly recommend them. We could have used two very local, well known,companies in our area but chose Precision. We are happy that we did.

We had just purchased our home a few months ago and needed to replace a failing chain link fence and install aluminum railings for our brick steps on the side of the house. We had five companies come to provide estimates to fence in our (approximately) 100â x 200â backyard. While most of the estimates fell within a range of each other, we decided Precision was our best option. Dan from Precision came to give us a quote and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions, patient with all questions asked over the course of the few weeks it took us to make a decision and not pushy with selling his product. He educated us and gave us a pressure-free time to make our decision. He explained exactly the type of product we would receive as well as how it would be installed. On installation day, Dan even came onsite to make sure the team knew exactly what to do and made sure we were completely satisfied upon completion. On to the installation teams: Aluminum Railings-Joe did an amazing job! He reviewed how we wanted the railings positioned and explained everything that was going to be done. The railings are impressively sturdy and look absolutely beautiful. PVC Fence-Tim and his team were outstanding! Tim took the time to discuss any possible obstacles and how he would resolve them. He truly listened to all of my concerns and addressed everything to our satisfaction. We have a dog and our biggest concern was keeping her safe and inside the yard. Tim made sure that there were absolutely no gaps under the fence. Dan, Joe, Tim and the team were all completely professional and extremely pleasant. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did. If you are looking for professionals, these are your guys! When doing your research, be sure to ask not only what type of PVC but how the fence will be installed. Precision makes sure to fill gate posts not only with cement but with a steel pipe. They reinforce their fences with a steel U channel through the bottom rail to prevent sagging. Both standard, no additional cost (which was not the case with some of the other companies). These are just two of the many reasons we chose Precision.

From beginning to end of project it went great. Dan was wonderful to deal with and the install crew were just as great to work with.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Installers were on time, very professional, and very helpful. Pricing is competitive. PVC fence is excellent quality. Definitely, recommend!

Tim and his crew were fabulous. Great price and great quality fencing. They helped me cut down any bushes that were in the way of installing my new fence. They even cleaned up the debris and swept. Very professional and the fence looks fabulous. I would highly recommend Precision Fence.
