"Sears Home Services visited my residence on January 15, 2018 to diagnose and repair an oven that would not heat up. The charge was $369.57, which I thought was expensive. When technician placed the charge on my credit card the first time using his credit card reader, the transaction was cancelled. The technician put the charge through again, and it went through. Subsequently, two charges in the amount of $369.57 were placed on my debit card. I called Sears to rectify this, and the representative assured me they would put a report in to customer service and take care of the issue. I received an email from Nikki of Sears customer service on January 16 stating I had not been charged twice. As of today, January 17, 2018, there remain two charges on my debit card for the same service, and Sears has not issued a refund despite two calls to them and an email. I would definitely not use Sears again."
