Jack from Performance Fence called first and we discussed my needs. He was extremely helpful and gave me options with pricing. Within 7 days of meeting him and discussing what I and my wife wanted he had the old fence removed and the new fence installed. I highly recommend his company and his staff. To avoid problems with my Neighbor I hired a licensed surveyor to identify the property line. Well that went over like a lead balloon and my neighbor had fit. While the PF crew was onsite preparing to install the fence, my neighbor called the cops and claimed Adverse Possession. The PF crew notified Mike who immediately came to the job site to assist. He did not have to do that; he was very professional throughout the entire situation even trying to reason with my neighbor. Unfortunately, it was not resolved so I see civil court in my near future.
