He explained the construction of our chimney; what was right and what was wrong, and how we could correct the problem. He also looked at our oil burner, hot water appliances. (We use fuel oil). The chimney was cleaned, swept & the smoke pipes were removed as part of the process. An estimate was given, in writing, with diagram, for future work to be done. We had no trouble scheduling the appointment. The staff was helpful and friendly."

The worker arrived and did a quick inspection and said the chimney did not need to be cleaned and was in good condition and he would not feel right charging the $100 fee and we should just give him a good review.
