"I found Joe's Plumbing on Home Advisor. I needed an old oil tank removed from my crawl space. The job was done carefully and professionally. Joe saved me money too. While there they also repaired my drain waste system and fixed my low water pressure by replacing old half inch pipe with three quarter inch. I was most impressed by the easy communication, promptness, respect and courtesy of Joe and crew. He is my plumber of choice now. I have lived in my home for 33 years. "Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"Company walked the property, reviewed / discussed the issues and provided a book thoroughly describing basement problems and how they should be addressed. Lots of valuable info in the book which was very helpful on its own. However, the focus of their work seems to be on providing drainage solutions within the foundation walls and they appear to be experts in this regard. Our preference would be to keep the water outside the foundation walls and feel that a provider specializing in this would better suit our needs.

"The work looks very good. Have not tried it yet because we are waiting for a callback. It appears to be an excessive amount of caulk under the new drain that may block about half the drain. Other than that everything else looks very good."
