"I have to tell you that this contractor was extremely professional. I have hire may of contractors in the past and this gentleman and his crew exceeded ALL expectations. My basement had been flooding for years and we finally decided to hire someone. Let me tell you, they came in here and in ONE DAY they completed the job. He came to my house with a CREW, not with just a helper, a CREW and they bang this job out. Price was reasonable too. Before they left, they cleaned every single area that they may have gone through left my basement and the outside where they were dumping all the debris CLEAN.... They even washed it down my driveway and left everything immaculate. I’m telling you from experience there are very few contractors that will leave the job site clean. I told him I would wait to write a review because I wanted to be sure that is life time guarantee that my basement would never flood again actually worked. WELL so far so good, we have had multiple rain storms and my basement is bone dry. Even the slightest of rain would come pouring through down into my basement. And now NOTHING!! We now can actually start using our basement again as our family room. Thank you so much Waterproofing Corp. and Crew, you guys are amazing and I’m truly glad we chose you. God bless."

"It's the middle of a winter storm watch out, and I'm lucky enough that my house has two furnaces, so I was able to limp along with only one working. When I called D. Rohde, they committed to have someone out the next day between noon-2pm. They called the next morning and asked if it was OK to come *earlier*. That was great. The technician showed up on when he said he would and immediately put on booties to protect my wood floors without me even asking (I wouldn't have, my floors are pretty beat up, but the effort was very much appreciated). He double-checked the steps I'd already performed to diagnose, and then went much further, isolating the control board as the culprit. So far so good. The diagnostic cost $147. They don't have the model control board I'd need in stock, so they'd have to order it. The estimate for the board + replacement was over $950. I checked online and the control board costs $106 at SupplyHouse.com ($96 from Amazon). I'm a capitalist. I have no problem with companies making a reasonable profit on parts + labor, but that seems excessive to me. I decided to purchase the part from repairclinic.com and replace it myself."

The products were thoroughly explained to us and why it could alleviate the dampness and odor in our basement. So far (four months in), it appears to be working. We were told the time the installers would be here; on the day of install they encountered an issue with their truck which delayed their arrival. The team leader called us immediately and advised us of the issue then called an hour later to tell us they were on their way. They were respectful of our home and kept the mess to a minimum (there will be dust from the jackhammering!). They explained everything they were going to do as they went along (my husband asked).
