Not only was the owner very, very friendly and informative over the phone, he came to our house during the service call and was one of the NICEST people we have ever met. His workers arrived at the stroke of 7:30am, the exact time we were told, they were super nice, knowledgeable, clean and even texted us beforehand to let us know they were on their way. WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They really gave us a great price for emptying our two cesspools and the service was done in a timely manner and our lawn was not left a mess. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took time to explain the problem and what was needed to solve it and answered all of our questions clearly. They provided excellent craftsmanship and service by integrating modern technology (high quality video imaging) with state of the art “electric snake” to clear the blockage. They also identified the source of the problem (a partially ruptured sewer pipe under my lawn) which will be addressed at a later date. Their fees were also very reasonable.
