"Great! John, the owner was super helpful and nice on the phone. Eased all our concerns. The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. The job was all done outdoors and when they left you would never know it was done. Very neat and professional. The odors, etc we had were gone and we noticed the drains all flowing more freely. Exactly as they said. So glad we had this done before it became a serious and ugly problem inside the house. We highly recommend Priority Cesspool Sewer and Drain. Thank you!"

"Okay. So there was a problem with the sewage pump, water in tub and toilet would not go down. The first person to show up after contacting Home Advisor was Mikey from BestFlo. Panicked, I said okay, you can do the job. Awhile later he said it was fixed, and walked away following the repair leaving the area a watery mess with the burnt out equipment, and all the lights on. (I?m not going to even mention the dirt tracked into my house from his shoes.) Honestly I was so angry and distraught about the situation (btw - strictly forbidden disposable wipes were the cause of this $1K expensive repair job) that shortly afterward I went to bed, leaving the cleanup to others in the home. The next morning after taking a shower the toilet would not flush properly, and there was overflowing water [AGAIN] from the replaced sewage pump. I called Sunday 4/19 and was told that someone would appear Monday 4/20 btwn 9:30 - 10:30.am. At 10:40 Mikey reappeared, went to examine the area, quickly adjusted something with the plugs, the system restarted, the toilet automatically flushed, and everything appeared fine. No charge for the revisit. The replaced equipment is guaranteed for only a year. :-( In summary, you can use this company if you wish; just read my review once or twice again before making your choice. Needless to say, my review is quite less than enthusiastic."

He neatly replaced the check valve from the sump pump to the sewer drain in a very narrow utility closet. I highly recommend him for your plumbing issues and will use his services in the future."

"We returned from an out-of state Thanksgiving celebration only to find a flooded basement due to a heavily clogged sewer line. We were panicking but Louie responded to our emergency promptly. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He took time to explain the problem and what was needed to solve it and answered all of our questions clearly. It required extreme physical effort for him to clear the sewer drain and it wasn't a pleasant job. But he never gave up until it was done. In doing this he avoided bringing in additional equipment which would add to our cost. "The two gentlemen from All Island Sewer and Drain arrived promptly, assessed the condition of my sewer main and methodically cleared out the pipe. They provided excellent craftsmanship and service by integrating modern technology (high quality video imaging) with state of the art “electric snake” to clear the blockage. They also identified the source of the problem (a partially ruptured sewer pipe under my lawn) which will be addressed at a later date. Their fees were also very reasonable. The work area was left in pristine condition and I will definitely be calling them back, to make the permanent repairs when I’m ready…truly a first class organization.
