Not only was the owner very, very friendly and informative over the phone, he came to our house during the service call and was one of the NICEST people we have ever met. His workers arrived at the stroke of 7:30am, the exact time we were told, they were super nice, knowledgeable, clean and even texted us beforehand to let us know they were on their way. "The two gentlemen from All Island Sewer and Drain arrived promptly, assessed the condition of my sewer main and methodically cleared out the pipe. They provided excellent craftsmanship and service by integrating modern technology (high quality video imaging) with state of the art “electric snake” to clear the blockage. They also identified the source of the problem (a partially ruptured sewer pipe under my lawn) which will be addressed at a later date. Their fees were also very reasonable.
