"Anthony and Steve (the owners) were terrific in every aspect of the job - from personally doing the initial inspection, negotiating a very fair price, and then personally overseeing the actual repairs. They explained in detail the repairs necessary and the work required to complete the job. They are very professional and pleasant to talk with, and place no pressure on the customer in terms of trying to sell up additional work and services. The repairs were done as promised at the price quoted and on the date scheduled. My “new” chimney looks great and is as sturdy as the pyramids."

"We were pleased with the help & advise we received from our service person, Anthony. He explained the construction of our chimney; what was right and what was wrong, and how we could correct the problem. He also looked at our oil burner, hot water appliances. (We use fuel oil). The chimney was cleaned, swept & the smoke pipes were removed as part of the process. An estimate was given, in writing, with diagram, for future work to be done. We had no trouble scheduling the appointment. The staff was helpful and friendly."

"Paul (the owner) was very helpful in inspecting a wood stove in our house to make sure of its proper operation. He also identified that our chimney pipe was too short from a code and proper airflow perspective. Because this was an unexpected repair, he was very transparent and showed me both pictures of the chimney on the roof, town building code documents, as well as looked up pricing with me for the components on a number of 3rd party sites so we were totally aligned on final price for the fix. He also made some last adjustments I requested (while it was raining!) Would recommend his services to anyone and look forward to using him again."
