I received 5 numbers to get estimates from. Of the five Tommy stopped by the following morning and gave us an estimate. I interacted with the other 4 plus 2 others I found in the local papers. Of the 6 only two actually went up on the roof to inspected and Tommy was one of them. His work was impeccable and done exactly as quoted. He was not the least expensive nor the highest. I would highly recommend his services to all.

They did a great job

Showed up in time and covered the area by my fireplace before they began cleaning it. They took their time to clean it. Tommy then offered free of charge to inspect my oil burner system. He also cleaned it at not extra charge and recommended some repairs. He provided me with a quote without any pressure to decide at that moment. Tommy was professional and polite.

On time neat, and did not try to upsell job

Tommy was great he communicates well and although I was not physically home he kept me apprised to everything that was taking place. I found him to be very honest and forthright and I did not feel like he was trying to "get over" on me so to speak. I truly believe God sent Tommy my way as my chimney pipe was completely rotted out and was filling my home with carbon monoxide every time we turned on the heat. Additionally, the lack of tubing was preventing my boiler from properly recycling all of which could've made for a disastrous if not deadly event. Overall I am so relieved I found Tommy and would highly recommend him. Thank you Tommy!
