I called John Starkie to discuss this issue and not only did he respond within minutes of my call he had sent a crew over 20-30 minutes after I spoke with him. if that is not prompt service and GREAT!!!! care for your customers I do not know what is I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH how much my wife an I appreciated how quickly they came out and addressed this issue.
