They were very nice. I would use them again.

The man claimed to be a professional Arborist, and worked on my trees for years. He trimmed my trees and nourished the soil knowing that the trees were hollow and had been infested with termites. Three of my trees came down with hurricaes Irene and Sandy, and had they been healthy that would not have happened.

I have been using them about 6 years now. They are fairly priced and they always do a great job. They clean up well after themselves and I have been very happy with them over the years.

They weere great.  They are not the cheapest but they do a great job.  I like the guy who came to do the estimate.  They did a careful job.

Their pricing is on the high-end but I was satisfied with the service.

They've done a good job. I call them when I have a problem. Their responsiveness is also good.

Their service is expensive. They have a great reputation.  My husband is very particular and won't work just anyone.

They come when they're scheduled and work with me on pricing. They are professional and knowledgeable.

hopefully the trees are much stronger and healthier to withstand any storms and the house  will be protected

Excellent service and professionalism that you frequently don't find in contractors. I was very pleased with the service, the knowledge of the representative, the work itself and the excellent cleanup job they did. I would definitely use them again.

No 1, they're known to reschedule . No 2, they prepared a professional estimate for my property and I went over all the trees and areas needing attention with their Mgr. They arrived on time and worked most of the day.. I left @ noon to go back to work since no one appeared to have any questions. When I arrived back home the property still had tree branches hanging down and unsightly, things U shouldn't miss with a name like Bartlett.. That very evening, a HUGH limb broke off my Largest and Oldest Tree. I phoned them the next day asking how could they have left this HUGH Branch just hanging there 15ft off the ground and cut all the surrounding limbs. The answer was I told U to put cables on the Tree. I informed him that the branch was ony 15ft off the ground and he was talking about the higher limbs. I asked him to then share some of the cost and so what would that price be. He told me 900.00 to remove the limb, and they would not assume any responsibility. I told them how could U cut all the limbs around that one and leave that just hanging out there waiting to crash and burn. He was actually trying to go branch by branch around the property to justify whatever he did, and whatever he didn't do. I told him I'd get someone else, and hired my Landscaper to finish the work for another 500.00 the next day.. I'm moving on, and paying the price.. I thought I could depend on the skill and knowledge of their Arborist, but I was let down.. I never mentioned that the price quoted would have to be the price or anything like that.. I do believe they took the easy way out, and just did what they believed to be worth 2500.00., and cared about nothing else. I sincerely hope I find good Arborist, and if U know of any, please be sure they sign up to Angie's list..  Thank U.

It was amazing as we have several items that I can't identify.  He gave
us a quote for the health and maintenance of all of our items, but it
was way above what I was expecting and not even close to the other
quotes I received.  I'm sure their work is of very high quality and the
professionalism was impeccable, it was just nowhere close to our budget.

They are great and very professional!  They are still completing the job as it takes a few times to apply the poison to kill the bamboo.  I also asked them to cut back a litte more than what they did around the powerlines and they indicated that the would come back and perform the work.   They are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them.

They were really good, they have a very good arborist.

Their service is pretty good.  I have used them for years.  They do all types of tree service, including fertilizing and pest control.  They aren't on the cheap side.  I'm happy with the service.  They are more expensive than other people, but I trust the service.  I'm willing to pay extra for that.  They are very good.  I'm happy with the service.

Removal was quick; clean-up was adequate; minimal shingle damage to property was repaired.

It is good and I like them a lot. They are prompt and they return calls. The best thing is, they answer the phone, which so many tree services do not even do, not to mention, not calling back. They answer the phone, they call back and they show up when they say they are coming. The knowledge of the people that come out is very good. In terms of price, I almost came to them by default. I called a lot of people and they never called me back. Therefore, I decided going to Cornell Cooperative Extension, its run by the county and by Cornell University. Therefore, I went to them. You can take plans into them and they will diagnose problems for you. They had given me a master sheet of master gardener or master horticulturist. Bartlett Tree was on there and when I called them, they actually called me back. That is how I came to have them. I did not find anybody else, I just used them. The experience was great. Their quality of work was very good. I am going to use their services again in the future.

They are excellent. They have an old staff. They do research and they are all licensed. They are very professional. They are not the cheapest in price.
