"Buffalo's Best Roofing replaced my roof (full tearoff + cedar plank) in early 2020. It was roughly 5 1/2 months from signoff to actual roof replacement. Unfortunately, I did have a few problems during the roof replacement process and a portion of roofing that was missed completely, but at the end of the day, Roy made things right. My only suggestions are that the a thorough post-install inspection should be conducted with the homeowner in order to get a signoff on project completion and to make sure you fully tarp an open roof if there's rain/snow in the forecast.
