It went extremely well. They have been working for us on a regular basis ever since I met Alvaro, the owner, 23 years ago for a major renovation of the house we had just bought.

He meticulously and expertly cleaned. He made all the repairs. He performs it expertly. I'm overjoyed about that. He has such skill. He did excellent work, thus I recommended him to my clients.

I first contracted Alsan Home Improvement last year to remodel my basement and I have used him for other jobs since then. He gutted my basement, created a family room and a bedroom. He also repaired the structure of the steps leading up to my front door as well as laying a new patio. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding each project. He was very flexible when difficulties arose and provided me with many cost saving options. He has a great attention to detail and wants to make sure that you are happy with the results. He is an excellent contractor. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services in the future.

During the height of the pandemic we bought a house. Not just any house. A full fixer upper. Thank goodness a friend recommended Alvaro Sanhueza who has single handedly renovated our entire house. He installed a new kitchen and bathroom, renovated the entire basement and family room. He restored a full brick wall and updated all fireplaces. He also installed hardwood flooring throughout the entire house. His attention to detail is precise and he knows a lot about different home repairs. His woodworking skills are incredible (ie. Moldings, built-ins etc). In addition he painted the entire exterior of the home and replaced all gutters and liters. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and dependable. He works closely with you to ensure a result that is exactly what you want. Three years in and we're still at it. He is now reconstructing a small retaining wall in the patio. We have the master suite left to complete. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else.
