"Joe and Sam put in a ceramic and glass tile backsplash for us. It's beautiful and we love it. I watched the entire process. I will use them again for any tiling project in the future because they are precise and detailed and do not practice "good enough mentally". They were on time everyday, they cleaned up each day. "The entire transaction was vey satisfying. There are some excellent values when selecting from the high quality roll stock in the store. These are typically over-runs, mill ends and other material purchased at a large discount by United. They seem to pass along significant savings to the buyer, based on what we bought They also can order just about anything from the large range of distributers they use. The staff were extremely helpful in assisting our selection of the right goods. They loaned us pieces so we could look at the materials in our house to see the coordination with our other decor (this is not always possible, depending on what scraps they have from previous cutting).

They were helpful in measuring. For instance we wanted 11 foot wide cut from a larger width roll. As they were preparing to cut, they noticed that to center the pattern a slightly smaller width would look (centered) better. They called to explain and asked what we wanted to do. We went with their suggestion, as the slightly smaller size was no problem for our situation. We were very happy with this attention to detail. Similarly, they showed us a range of binding options and worked patiently with us so we were well informed to make a selection.

After binding, they noticed a small discoloration on the custom ordered bound round carpet. They delayed installation 3 days to remove the very slight dicoloration, which was very difficult to even see. Other than that, installation was done quickly and with precision.

We feel we were given excellent quality and very good service at an extremely reasonable price. The only slight inconvenience was that we had to wait to work with only one person, as they can be quite busy and the person you work with might be occupied with an out of store call. This was a minor inconvenience and will surely go to them first should we need more flooring at a later date."

"So - So! The overall project was just okay but not fantastic. We went with DeRisio even though he was more expensive because he seemed to know what he was talking about. At the end of the project, the brick work on the front of the building still has mortar stains although they claim they acid washed it several times. They replaced a brick door sill with a something they bent out of aluminum trim material. After repeated requests to fix it, they offered to put in a slate sill. I said that would be okay. Well, over one year later, it still isn't done. They replaced an exterior door that hasn't latched properly from the day it was installed. Great guys - but lousy workmanship. I wouldn't have them back."

"The job went very well. Doug provided a very fair quote to replace my 4 year old roof that was very poorly installed by a different contractor. He also provided a quote to replace my family room ceiling which was damaged due to the roof leaking. He responded to my request for an estimate within minutes and was at my house within 30 minutes to determine the work to be done. He was upset by the work by the previous contractor and his goal was to restore my confidence in small business contractors and he and his workers definitely did that. Doug and the crew were thorough and attentive to small details. They went above and beyond on some aspects of the job.....manufacturing and installing a finished edge where the roof met the house on the garage and on an addition, matching the paint color of my siding for that edging, painting the roof vents and power vent, adding very nice crown molding on the newly installed ceiling. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property and Doug checked in regularly to make sure things were progressing well and that I was satisfied. The job did take longer than the original estimate, but that was because of the issues that had to be dealt with. The work was completed for the price quoted. I will definitely contact Doug at Do It All Contractor for my next project. My confidence in contractors has been restored!"

"We had water damage in our kitchen and dining room from ice dams over the winter. Patrick and Mike installed new insulation, drywall, and reinstalled our kitchen wall cabinets. They also installed new tile on the kitchen walls, installed new light switches, and replaced nozzles for the washing machine water lines. They did an amazing job! Tile looks great.
