He then became very unprofessional with insults, yelling, threats to put a lien on my home when I pointed out a few problem areas that needed repair before full payment. Ultimately, he cooled off and came around to correct the problems to my satisfaction. His workers were very nice and polite. Bill was very upfront with wanting to make sure we stayed on budget and also give us quality service and work. Bill was always open to any questions we had and returned our inquiries quickly. Once we agreed on the exterior work to be done, Bill came out with a contract and then scheduled his crew to start work. They were able to start a week earlier and finished the exterior painting in less time than anticipated. Bill's crew arrived when expected and worked diligently throughout the day.
