Other companies will charge you a service call to come out to your house and then they will charge you a diagnostics fee and then they will charge you a labor fee. That can add up to who-knows-what? I understand why everyone asked how much is this going to cost me? With my company you don't need to ask you will already know. The parts of course are what they are. And there is no upcharge on those parts. So I don't make it back on selling you expensive parts. I know that Appliance companies get a bad rap because of the things that they've done and still do. I have never done that I have been in this business for 48 years and have always charged a flat rate fee. So I just wanted to clarify that issue so that you have a better understanding, so you know what the fees are going to be if there are no parts involved. There is no fine print.
