"Josh is great for first time homeowners who have many questions. He will not only patiently answer them but also generously share how-to technical tips. He's advised on multiple purchase decisions from toilets to tubs to paint that make our two bathroom remodels functional and beautiful. With naivete, I picked out small mosaic tile that was complicated to install, but Josh was determined to get it perfect, much to my delight.
