The reason for the B instead of an A is the cost (about $100 more than another estimate I got) and the fact that I he didn't have all the necessary tools to do the job (I had to cut wood for him to put behind the drywall and we needed to use my cordless drill to hang the medicine cabinet together). All that said, he was friendly, professional and did good work, so I would hire him again."
