I highly recommend Anthony Beretta and his team at Make Ready NYC. Anthony was very responsive and easy to reach throughout the project. George supervised the work, Cesar expertly refinished the floors, Enrique did a flawless paint job, and Isaac handled the electrical fixtures. They refinished the floors, painted the apartment, and installed fixtures with great attention to detail. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful, keeping the workspace clean and completing everything on time and within budget. They also carry the proper insurance to satisfy NYC co-op and condo board requirements. I’m very happy with their work and would definitely hire Anthony and his team again.

We loved working with Make Ready NYC! Anthony and his team were the most responsive, efficient, clear and kind professionals we got quotes from for refinishing our floors and painting our apartment. Their quote was the most competitive and comprehensive. Anthony and George were also excellent for recommending products for us first-time home buyers. Start to finish they did everything they said they would. Cesar worked magic refinishing our old hardwood floors. And even though we had a slightly more involved painting process than normal, Enrique was patient and did a meticulous job, even working late to get it done on our timeline. Good value for the money but fairly poor communication during the project. We had strict deadlines for the project to get done while we were out of town and it was frustrating to have them come back a couple of times. Best price we could find though. If you?re flexible on timing, would definitely recommend

I would absolutely rate the quality of work, flexibility and overall experience of working with the team. My situation was not straightforward and the results more than met my expectations. I lightened and sanded a floor and we love the results. I painted walls and kitchen cabinets.

Anythony is very professional and responsive and worked around my schedule. They had to redo the entire floor at my furnished apartment. His workers were very careful with the furniture and did a great job with the floors and upon request used the best sealents/coats available.

Make Ready NYC was a great find! The owner, Anthony Beretta, responded within minutes of my contacting Angi for floor refinishing for our newly purchased apartment in Manhattan. His quick responsiveness continued throughout the project and made everything much easier. I ended up hiring his firm to do both the floors and all the painting in the apartment, which was a large 2,000 square foot unit. It was a tall order to finish both jobs in less than 2 weeks so that we could move in on time, but they did it, and did it carefully! They were also very flexible, as I could not give them the starting date until the last minute because of delays with the closing of the purchase. Our apartment building, a co-op, had many requirements, but Make Ready worked well with the management. The floor refinishing was very detailed, with a crew of 4 and a lot of hand scraping. The leader, Cesar, was totally hands-on and a perfectionist â and the floor came out beautifully. The painting was even more challenging, with heavy moldings and baseboards, a few surprises along the way, and the need to sand and re-paint a library with many cabinets and bookcases â but Enrique led the team to do that successfully as well. Anthony, along with his associate George, stayed on top of the project the whole time, and his recommendations about paint and floor finishes were spot-on! And on top of that, their prices were more than competitive, especially in New York City. We were absolutely delighted with the result and easily recommend them to anyone considering a similar project.

Integrity: I'm a high-end residential professional decorator. I have been in the business for over 30 years and my standards are high. In an industry littered with unscrupulous hacks and crooks, it's refreshing to find a firm that takes full responsibility for the quality of its work. This was a small refurbishment paint job. .

We had Make Ready resurface our 100-year-old parquet floors in our apartment. They were great. Anthoney was very responsive over text, and up-front regarding pricing. Their prices were more than reasonable when compared to competitors. The work was done well, by friendly knowledgeable workers. You can see the photo to see the quality of work. They did a good job of protecting the rest of the house from the sawdust. They were also very careful with removing everything from the room and putting the room back together. Overall a great experience.

Anthony and his crew did a fantastic job. Floor in guest bedroom were in bad shape. It looks like new now. Communication and turn-around for job was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
