"As a real estate agent, I recently worked with Frank Vargas from Bright Environmental on a time-sensitive situation involving a tenant complaint that escalated to a HUD inspection. One of the key issues was a reported roach problem that needed immediate attention. Frank was incredibly professional from start to finish. He understood the urgency and sensitivity of the situation right away and took swift, decisive action. What really stood out was his responsiveness—he assessed and addressed the issue in less than 24 hours, which is critical when dealing with compliance-related matters. He communicated clearly, showed up on time, and handled everything with a high level of professionalism. In situations like this, having someone reliable and knowledgeable makes all the difference, and Frank delivered. I would highly recommend Frank and Bright Environmental to anyone in need of prompt, effective, and professional pest control services—especially in high-pressure situations."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"They are gone!! We appreciated him so much we hired him on as exterminator for a company we own."

"I highly recommend them. They are very kind and professional. They were able to allow me to feel home."

"The exterminator showed up a bit late, but he was kind enough to call ahead and say he was going to be a bit late. He showed up with all the necessary materials. He engaged in a conversation to figure out the situation. And, then he got to work. He thoroughly vacuumed all areas in question, including inside a box spring. He did everything necessary to pretty much guarantee that the bugs (not bedbugs) would be gone within a few days. The last thing he did was spray the place."

"My experience with this company was marked by professionalism and effectiveness. Facing a raccoon intrusion at my momâ s home I reached out to them, and their confidence and expertise were evident from the start. Their scheduling process was easy and their team arrived promptly and fully prepared. What stood out was their methodical and composed approach to wildlife removal. This included a thorough property inspection and clear explanation of strategy. Their commitments to humane treatment and long-term solution made this company in excellent choice for reliable pest control assistance."

"RodentX was hands down the best pest control company I have ever hired! Dikeedrin was very professional and impressive! Highly recommended!!"

"This company is A class. After they finished you could see the instant effect of their work. I would refer them to anybody who needs pest control to be done."

"Last Friday, Hernando from Multi-Pest came to look at the job and realized he needed support. He came back later with another pro and removed two skunks from the window well. They caged them and drove them far away. OnMonday, they returned. They thoroughly cleaned out all 3 wells and put wire mesh around the openings. They left us with a large bottle of odor treatment. We are very pleased with the whole operation."

"Never easy, but Amanda, Larissa and Brian were very professional and patient and helpful. Brian seemed to be very thorough and hopefully we will not need their services again."
