I hired them through HomeAdvisor in January 2022 to remove animals from my ceiling. They gave me a quote of $500, scheduled the job, and took $100 as a deposit. They rescheduled several times because of illness, which is fine, of course. In March, they decided they had to cancel the job completely and return my deposit. It is now December 5th, and they still have not refunded my deposit. They said they would mail me a check, then they said I needed to meet them an hour away from my house, then said they would mail me a check again. I waited patiently, and when I followed up, they pretended to not know who I was, until I sent them their own text messages along with the receipt for the deposit. They finally acknowledged that they owe me the deposit, but they have been completely ignoring my follow-up messages for several months now.

We were fortunate to find Jay and Louis Sr. a few years ago to professionally and safely remove squirrels from our Bronx rental property. Since then, we have called them for squirrels, skunks and now, a raccoon infestation. Each time I have reached out to them, Jay responded promptly and they were at the house within 24 hours. They genuinely care about their customers and are experts in their field. They will guide you on steps you need to take to prevent further problems, such as sealing entry points (they provide this service). I highly recommend them for any animal problem you may have.

Having a mouse enter your home coupled with an unresponsive landlord makes for some very long nights/lots of mental anguish. On whim I requested a quote and my phone was ringing within 3 minutes. Jay was so kind to me on the call and helped coordinate a timeframe that worked for my needs and my schedule and was very clear on pricing. I’m glad I didn’t wait for my landlord and went with Jay!!! (My landlord still has not responded). Jay and his colleague were efficient, thorough, and really let me talk through what has been happening! It felt like having someone you know come over. I hope to not need them again but if I do I would not hesitate to to call Jay and Father and Son Wildlife Trapping & Removal again! Thank y’all!!

The company was hired to rid a small (10x2) flower garden of rats burrowing. The owner came, placed two traps and poison with the promise to return in a couple of days, and never did. I did not see or smell a dead rodent after, but the infestation became worse. After repeated calls and text messages, and numerous excuses, he returned and applied a powder in the holes with the promise to return in a couple of days to assess the situation. Again, he never showed up and now ignores my calls and text messages. In the interim, I was ticketed by the City for the infestation. I will now have to find another exterminator. Would not recommend it, Unprofessional, unreliable.

This business is great. They are very respectful. From start to finish they were on point to my needs. Whether it was calling the lm 2am or 5pm they responded back to me. They put the cage in my attic and every day they were asking me if I heard anything. When they actually came to recover the squirrels. It was a job well done. I will definitely refer them to my family, friends , and co workers . They are reasonable .
