"After a week of disturbed sleep worrying about a bed bug situation, I contacted Ace Bed Bug. I had been in the apt of a good friend who unknowingly had bed bugs and I got bitten! I was horrified and rushed home only to worry that I brought them back with me. I called Ace and Luis immediately picked up the phone and was at my house by 8 AM that day after hearing my anxious voice. Luis is wonderful...a very reassuring and professional individual who listened carefully and empathetically to my hyper anxious concerns. Right after I realized that we have Raccoon residence in my attic I sent an email at midnight to Attic Fanatics. I got a call at 8 from Coby who said someone will come within a hour. Mike Bruer showed up on time and did a thorough inspection. He advised me that the Raccoon may have been in my attic for awhile. I decided to replace all insulation. He provided me a reasonable quote which I accepted right at the spot. He also helped me to file a claim with my homeowner insurance company. On the very next business day there was a crew of 5 people showed up on time. They are very professional and did a neat job. Being a picky person like me I am totally satisfied of their work. They sealed the openings to prevent the Raccoon from return. After they left I found out there is one Raccoon was still in the attic so they came back right away and chased it out then resealed the soffit vents with heavy gauge mesh. Great job!"
