They came the day after I called and went to work immediately My attic was rid of squirrels same day. They came back a week later to ensure all square out and they sealed the open space. I am so appreciative. Terminix quoted me $1700 for what they fixed with $395.

Commercial Pest Control for Rodents
We hired Mike and his team to trap a beaver in our 3 acre lake. He did that in a most professional manner, excellent workmanship, great communication and made it all quite educational for us. Price was higher than we had anticipated, but the results were excellent. Thank you!

"Hi Cheri. I am sorry that you feel the service was not valuable. We placed the trap nearly a month ago and checked and bait several times. However, we have been unable to reach you for weeks. We have not received a return call, and with the pandemic did not feel showing up at your door unannounced would be a good idea. We charged you a fee that is below the market average for trapping and offered to clean the animal nest/waste as part of the service since it was a small area. Your husband agreed to call us when you were ready to have it cleaned but we never heard from you."

Mike was wonderful to work with. Made arrangements to address our issue timely and returned after 1am to retrieve the animal. Also came back and repaired the damage to the soffit. Would highly recommend and would definitely call on him if ever the need arises in the future (we sure hope not though).

Mike & Mike came to investigate possible chimney visit by rodent. Turned out to be nothing, but they inspected everything and explained the noise and that no pest had actually gained access to our chimney. They advised caps were sufficient and didn't need replaced. Saved a bunch of money. I would recommend Summit for all pest and rodent issues. Already told friends a out them. Great people and great service.

we were charged over his asking price for this particular job. we were told the job was more complicated. when all they did was bait a no kill trap and ask me to call when the raccoon was caught.

"Thanks for the feedback, Sharon. However, you were not charged "over the asking price". You were charged the exact amount you agreed to at the time you signed the service order and not a penny more. I stated that it may be a complicated removal because you had tried and failed several times to trap the animal yourself with a live trap. How I baited the trap and placed it made the difference and is why I was able to trap the animal quickly. I'm sorry that you feel the service was not a value, but I was able to remove the raccoon quickly after you had tried unsuccessfully several times. Thanks again for the feedback. It is appreciated."
