I was worried about getting spray foam after hearing about smells from improper mixes and curing temps but I didnâ t have any of that. No smell after about a day. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"We hired Parlor City to do a re-do of our main living area. It included redoing all the drywall, painting, applying shiplap on a feature wall and constructing 2 large beams for the ceiling. We're very happy with the finished product, especially with the wooden beams. All of the workers were attentive to details and to our wishes, especially the carpenter, Chris, who is a fine craftsman. The only issue we had was that due to some scheduling problems, the project went on a little longer than expected. We would definitely hire Parlor City for any jobs in the future!"

"Our aluminum siding on our 86 year old home looks beautiful after the crew from Parlor City Painting and Drywall painted it and we picked Sherwin Williams Smokey blue for the foundation. It looks stunning. They fixed corner pieces, replaced some siding by the front door. Chip and Elyis were meticulous in not getting paint anywhere other than where it was supposed to be and Chris did a fantastic job with siding issues. The guys were courteous and pleasant.
