He listened to our concerns and ideas, offered his own valuable insight, and together we made a plan, first for a new wood fence to define the back edge of the backyard along with a new drainage system, and then eventually to install a bluestone patio with a wood pergola. Every aspect of both projects was an absolute pleasure. Joe was clear about the dates he and his team would be working, and then kept to those dates (one of the projects even finished ahead of time).
