"The whole experience was great, from the girls in the office to the work being done in my home. The crew that came to my home were wonderful although I did try and stay out of their way I was nosey. They were very professional and did what they came to do and cleaned up after them selves it was like they weren't even there!! Now I had this insulation done in the summer but I am telling you I feel the difference already my home stays cooler in the beating sun which is great because I don't have a A/C. "My only problem was that the salesman promised parts of the install that weren't in keeping with how the roof was actually installed. (i.e. said would that if temps. were below 40 degrees, the shingles would be kept in a heated van then installed with extra sealant and use of a heat gun) I would wish that the salesmen would know how the work is actually done and not give customer assurances that are not going to be carried through."
