They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too.
