My clients are provided with an extremely thorough and independent home inspection followed by a detailed web based Inspection Report complete with photographs and important links. My inspection reports can be easily sent by email to interested parties such as Realtors, real estate attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors or family members for review. Just like homes, not all inspectors are alike. Before hiring an inspector, talk to him/her, interview them, ask questions. How long have you been inspecting homes? How long will the inspection take? What kind of inspection report will I receive and when? These are just some of the questions that should be asked before hiring an inspector. Part of a home inspector’s job is to manage the expectations of their clients. This is especially true for first time home buyers or when my clients have never dealt with a home inspector before. I had a porch attached to the back part of my house that ended up causing water damage to my living area. They were able to tear down the back porch that was beyond repair from sitting unrepaired. They contained the damaged and molded area while work was in progress for the health and safety of my son and I, which I am beyond thankful for!! Removed the mold and water damaged material with ease. They reframed the interior and exterior living room wall and door with the highest quality of workmanship.
