Absolute Pest Control has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service is top notch, anytime I have an issue, I am able to get a hold of someone asap and someone is sent to the house within a couple days. I used them at my last home and continued with my new home. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

I've been in touch with Absolute a couple of times this week. One was for a client of ours who needed advice on a mouse issue in their home. Brandon took plenty of time to explain everything to our client, she was very pleased. The second time I dealt with Absolute, Brandon and Michael were there today when we needed to switch up for a few apartment buildings, these guys treat for us. The communication is always great, our tech, Bri was phenomenal.

Did not hire but Mike, person I spoke to, was very nice and helpful. Next time, will hire.

They sold me a 6 month removal package. I didn’t know that it meant one nest of bees. When you kill one nest, they always start a new nest with the ones who were out. I have a new nest near the old one and they want me to pay more money to remove this one! Supervisor claimed I didn’t read the fine print!

The staff person was knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. I was very pleased with his work. It has now been almost 2 weeks and very few wasps have been around.

Went very well. On the day of my appointment, they called to to say they’d arrive in 10 minutes, just slightly behind schedule. That is no problem and understandable. Chris was very polite and thorough with explaining the procedure. It didn’t take long. He said to give it a week for the bees to be completely gone but to call if the bees got inside the following day. Yes, the next day about 10 bees did get inside my shed that is attached to the house. The yellow jackets were obviously dying, but I called because they got inside. The technician returned within a few hours of my call & “dusted” the interior of the shed. I had two different technicians on the two different days and they were both polite and the job was complete! The 6 month guarantee that comes with the price is worth it. They were able to return with no added charge.

It went as well as it could have. I first contacted this company for a second estimate (the first was a lot more, by about $100.00) on a Monday and I had an appointment scheduled for that Wednesday, two days later, between noon and 2 PM. The technician, Josh, called when he was about 15 minutes away, showing up around 1:30. He got right to work in removing it, and once the hornets had died, he broke it apart to show me the inside. (Even though it was a nest of stinging insects, I must admit that the intricate structure within was amazing. He took the time to explain how the hornets and hive fuctioned, which was really interesting - - he missed his true calling, in that he should have been an entomologist.) If I ever have the need for hive removal again, I would call Absolute Pest Control without a second thought, and have absolutely no reservations about recommending this company to friends!!!!! Overall, with the senior discount, I felt the price was very fair; I had checked on-line to get an idea of the average cost of nest removal, and this company’s pricing was well within reason. Plus, the nest had to be reached by ladder....

The service was for my Mom, who is in her 80's. The service was great. He explained everything to my Mom and didn't try to sell her extra services.

Great! Suspicious outdoor and indoor cracks/openings were sealed with mesh and foam. Dozens of traps were set, and followup performed.

Overall, I highly recommend this company for any job. Josh there removed an inactive bald face hornets' nest on roof which is very difficult to climb. The price was cheaper than a top rated competitor. To me it was quite a story. My whole story about this job is as follows. I had a bald faced hornet's nest from last year (took a while to figure this out, a bee expert told me). I know it's inactive after a season. Basically, this hornet is very fierce and defends its nest bravely (same bee expert told me this too and confirmed it from google search). Normally, I would have no problem taking this inactive nest out of my house without a help, but this is on the roof, about 40 feet high. And to access the roof, for me, I need 32 feet ladder, since the front side access (which need shorter ladder like 16) is 95% covered with solar panel. I had to take this nest out and tried on my own. Tried pressure washer with extension from distance, but didn't work, so I called around. I actually searched for pest control in angie's list. And I called top rated one there and showed the pictures that I have taken (the height is the main issue). It wanted to charge $275 since it is up very high and told me that they can't remove it without marks. For this, they recommended to call pressure washer company. But pressure washer company didn't want to do the job, so I called back the pest control. They said again 275 but when I asked if I can use Angie's list coupon (15% for the first job), they told me that they can't help me, telling me something about solar panel wiring being difficult to handle. So I called next top rated one, which is Absolute Pest Control. I showed them the pictures, and told that you would need 32 ladder. I was told that it's going to be $175. A few days later, one guy showed up and he realized that he can't go up that high and he brought 24 ladder. So he went back and probably talked to others that it's going to need much more effort or longer ladder. Then I got a call that it can do the job for $250. I was fine with it, since I really wanted to get rid of it and still cheaper than the competitor. So, another guy came, and his name is Josh. He's much more fit and nimble. But he brought 24 ladder, so I was like, here we go again. Josh, however, didn't need 32 ladder to go up and is so nimble that, with a small passage (about 4 inches wide) toward to the top of the roof, he went up and did the job perfectly, without any mark. He said he does all the 'crappy' jobs and told me it was bald faced hornets' nest (which I knew) and bald faced hornets penetrates into protective gear (which again I knew), so he was also very knowledgeable on the issue. He was also very friendly to listen what I had to tell him and understand the situation quickly too. I feel good about its management too, although it had some mishap (the rep who got my call and pictures knew the job needed the long ladder, but send someone who doesn't have one), eventually it sends a right person for the job. Two times they visited me, they called me in advance when they would arrive, and a courtesy call to confirm the reservation too. Wish I can post some pictures.

They planned the follow-up before my first appointment to work around the holidays. They worked around my schedule.

The work went well

Bees eradicated. Slight disconnect with info given to office and that received by technician, resulting in confusion over price and estimate. Price higher than anticipated and that quoted by others.

They did a good job. They did miss one appointment.

That experience was very, very, very good. They explained everything. They were here immediately. I looked them up on Angie’s List, I called them and they were there like 2 days later. Not even maybe a day and a half later. The quality of work is very good, very excellent. Their prices were, I’d say competitive. Responsiveness - They were excellent. Punctuality – They were great. I thought they were a really good company.

I like the way they exterminate and try to resolve the issue.  I was satisfied with their service.

They came once and done the inside the house. Came back to do the outside. They had to come back again because the ants were not gone.
