John came to our house promptly. He even called to say he'd be a half our late, something that's rarely done anymore! He quickly and efficiently got rid of the wasp nest. Though we hadn't seen any ants after I placed lots of ant traps around infested areas, I mentioned the problem. After hearing facts about ant infestation, we decided to have the house perimeter treated as well. John was friendly, knowledgeable, cooperative and informative.

Problem solved. The hive is not longer active. I don't know how much other services charge, so I don't know if giving a grade of "B" is fair. It just seems like a lot of money for quick job. Granted he has all of the special equipment and a protective bee suit. And he used the correct agent to kill the hive the first time. It might be a fair price ($260 + tax = $281.13). Just seems like a lot.

John came out and explained everything to me. He also showed me where there was a hive near my shutters. He was thorough and very professional. He also spoke to me about maintenance/tick control since this is a problem throughout the Hudson valley with homeowners. Lastly he showed me the hive and informed me that in about 3 or 4 days tops there will be no more yellow jacket activity...well, the next day I checked and nothing! I checked the day after that and nothing! It's been one week and not one yellow jacket in sight. Thank you so much John. I can finally open my front door without any worry.

Very professional.  Prompt, reasonable.

Went quick and smoothly.  Showed up well within the time frame he said he would be there.  Set the traps, and in 2 days had caught the wildlife and removed them from area.  Nice professional and easy to deal with as i was doing this in NY while i myself am living in Pa.  The fact that is was only 2 days shows me he knows what he is doing, and would use him again anytime, and highly recommend him to anyone.  Stayed in contact with me, no hidden charges or any issues with the work performed.  Just a pleasant experience in an otherwise unpleasant situation.  Thanks John.
