"Northern basements was able to fit us in quickly, pulled our crooked cement wall back in-place and sealed the wall to prevent future leaks.  The work was timely, communication was friendly and detailed, and price was as to be expected for the large amount of work that needed to be done.  We are very pleased with the whole process as well as the results.

"Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."

I was very happy with them and I was happy enough to take a box of doughnuts down each morning to share with them. They were doing a good job and working extra hard under very difficult conditions. It was expensive because I wanted all the bells and whistles. I had a significant problem but their solution to the problem was far more comprehensive than anyone else that I got into to look at. They took it far more seriously and identified a basement wall that needed reinforcing. I was pleased with the entire proposal. I got lower quotes but did not feel that other people understood the problem as well. I got the value for money because I really don’t know how they could have done it for less when I saw what was involved."

We decide to let his crew re-create the original piece from stone. The work they did left us with a beautiful and artistic facade the functions well in collecting rain water from the roof.
