"They were very good. They came by and did the work; I was very pleased with them. They were responsive and very detailed oriented. They cleaned up beautifully and they did exactly what they said they would. Their staff members were exactly what I expected. They were good, polite and nice to work with. I was very happy with them and I was happy enough to take a box of doughnuts down each morning to share with them. They were doing a good job and working extra hard under very difficult conditions. It was expensive because I wanted all the bells and whistles. I had a significant problem but their solution to the problem was far more comprehensive than anyone else that I got into to look at. They took it far more seriously and identified a basement wall that needed reinforcing. I was pleased with the entire proposal.
