The owner of the company, Connor, met with us at our property and discussed the work needed, potential materials and other considerations. He worked WITH us to fully develop the project plan to deliver our vision. Connor was onsite daily, paid attention to detail and communicated effectively. We now have unified walkways integrated with a raised bed garden in a beautiful color way that properly drains water away from the house’s foundation. Also thanks to Connor’s knowledge of hardscaping and observation of parking issues on our property, the paved area near the driveway was installed to handle the weight of a car driving over it. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. I have “NEVER” employed anyone who can compete with his varied skill sets, acumen and, demeanor. Sean McLeod has created a whole new environment for us to live in and enjoy. "I hired Upstate to replace my kitchen cabinets, install a new dishwasher (the house did not have one before), and install a new microwave above my oven. George (the owner of the company) removed my old cabinets, and installed everything in only a week. I was impressed with how quickly he got it done. His workmanship is top notch too, so I could not be happier with how beautiful my kitchen looks. The dishwasher and microwave also work flawlessly. The best part is that I did not break the bank for this project. In fact, I was quoted $4k less than I was expecting. "Mike did an awesome job for us. We had our front entranceway, front landscaping, our rear patio and built in grill completely removed and rebuilt. He is a very hard working and focuses on doing a precise and neat job. The people who installed our granite countertop were very impressed with the level walls he built for the grill. At the end of each day, he cleaned up his mess in the driveway and gathered all his tools into one area. We are very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend him. "
