"DiMartino Construction was completing work on our neighbors house and because we were impressed with the work they were doing we asked for an estimate to replace our unstable porch. They met with us to hear our ideas, offer their expertise and then quickly presented an estimate that took into account what we envisioned and was very fairly priced. They completed the take down of the old porch, build of the new the porch and cleaned the site within 3 days! The porch is beautiful and exceeds our expectations. The DiMartino staff were friendly, respectful and VERY good to work with. We're already talking about what job we want them to do next!"

"Jeremy was awesome from start to finish. Our deck was damaged from the snow and ice in 2025. Jeremy and his guys worked with us on our budget and timeline to get the job done right. He had to tear down the old wood existing deck completely and built us a beautiful composite deck within our budget. When he finished it we thought it would be nice to rebuild the front steps and match it to the deck and Jeremy was more than willing to come back a day later in the week after he had already spent the day working on someone elses deck build and built the steps to the porch and added railings to match. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone looking to do work on an existing deck or a complete rebuild. I dont think you will find better service than what he provides"

He climbed up on the roof, looked around & took pictures. Then he came down and explained what he found. He was knowledgeable, concerned, honest and not at all pushy. He explained that the roof is okay, but will need to be replaced in the next five years. This makes perfect sense based on the age of my town home. He was very understanding of my financial situation and I feel confident in his opinion. "Fantastic work! They had an old 3100 sqft roof stripped, repaired, and re-shingled in four days, at a low price. Fast, affordable, quality work. Had to take a 1/2 star off for cleanup... debris was left on one side of the house...but otherwise phenomenal job overall! I would highly recommend Lawless General Contracting! UPDATE - Four months later, with the first storm of the season, and the NEW ROOF LEAKS! It leaks worse than it did before Lawless replaced it. I have tried contacting them three times by phone and once via email and they are not responding. UPDATE 2 - 10 days after the first call, Dan from Lawless finally contacted me. Within a week he was on our roof, identified the problem, and had his team out to fix the issue. Dan has renewed my confidence in Lawless Contracting"
