"I met Sean McLeod through “Angie’s” List early March, 2025. He has been to my house several times to complete an array of remodeling projects. Some were minor like building utility cabinets for the kitchen or mounting household appliances for convenience. Others were major undertakings , such as, stripping bathroom facilities down to the studs and completely renovating each room into a palatial spectacle. His project costs are competitively reasonable. The building materials and plumbing appliances he installs are first class or, may reflect the financial restraints you place on each project, He is a skilled craftsman of the first order, competent in all he does. "I hired Upstate to replace my kitchen cabinets, install a new dishwasher (the house did not have one before), and install a new microwave above my oven. George (the owner of the company) removed my old cabinets, and installed everything in only a week. I was impressed with how quickly he got it done. His workmanship is top notch too, so I could not be happier with how beautiful my kitchen looks. The dishwasher and microwave also work flawlessly. The best part is that I did not break the bank for this project. In fact, I was quoted $4k less than I was expecting. I would definitely hire Upstate again, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for someone with quality workmanship that will complete a job quickly and for a very fair price."

"Job was done correctly and efficiently. In two days they had removed the old sink, moved the plumbing to the adjacent wall to fit the new vanity/sink better, installed drywall where the old sink was, painted the new drywall to match the paint on the other walls in the bathroom. Installed new circuits in a bedroom, removed old water heater and installed a new one and removed and installed a new light fixture in our front foyer. They did flawless work at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. Great general contractor. "
