For kitchen, new granite countertops were installed over the original cabinets as well as new custom backsplash. Both came out great! I must note since Nick custom cut out the space for the cooktop on-site, there are no annoying seams around the cooktop that I have seen in many other homes. Attention to details is definitely Nick's strength. For bathroom, we replace all the plumbing, countertop, vanity mirrors, lights, hardware, and toilet. New wall and floor tiles were also installed. "Communication frustrations but excellent work. The initial inspection was timely and thorough and the salesman took his time explaining the process to us. He did not, however, mention the use of the a third party plumbing company (something I realize is county-specific). Communication leading up to the work was poor; I was surprised when plumbers showed up at my house. I had to call Everdry to confirm when they would be coming and why a third party was involved. I rarely was able to get an answer and had to wait for a callback. Once Tavaris and his team arrived, however, they were very professional, punctual, and efficient. Tavaris made a point to explain everything to me step by step and managed his team appropriately. The outside team took care to only have my shrubs out of the ground for 45 minutes - time will tell if they make it through! This is very messy work and both teams were able to keep the mess to a minimum."
