Best water softener pros near Cairo, NY

"Steve came and tested our water. He was friendly, professional, and competent. He showed us that our previous water softener and water filtration system were not only doing nothing, but the were installed incorrectly and were not up to code. His employees installed a new water softener for us, and did not charge extra for the additional labor it took to get things up to code. I feel confident we got a quality product at a good price. He also pointed out extra filtration systems we could add if the softener didn’t give us the result we wanted, but said we should install one thing at a time so we didn’t have to pay for anything we didn’t need. Our water tastes SO much better and we are happy. It’s important to trust the company doing work in your home and we trust aquascience."

"Was pleasantly surprised by their timely response to provide an estimate, and then started work immediately following. I discovered my water heater leaking around 2 and by 7:30 they were done and gone. Really nice guys too. Would definitely use again and have no problem recommending them."

"He was a pro, every thing he did was to perfection he is definitly a asset to the co. he works for."

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"They did a same day hot water tank replacement. Emailed them at 8:30am and was completed by 2pm."

"Very professional, larger co. with excellent customer service and follow up. Plumber arrived on time and finished a portion of the work, with need to order parts and come back to finish the job. So far, very pleased with the work, but services are expensive and done by the job, not time and materials."

"I had main leak. Water was leaking in my basement. I had called JSP they were there with in 90 min. EVERYBODY I talk to were very nice and understood my problem. Water leak fixed in hour. Pricing was also very good. For an emergency call I was very pleased. My service tech Shaun was excellent. A+++++"
