Knowing this was a rental property, he also advised of things seen and that may need to be addressed and once again confirmed that I really wanted to spend the money to fix the issue. 5. His time from evaluation to repair was less than expected, and once fully disassembled, he found he could perform the fix for less than expected - and he did not try to play games, he advised me of the change and the lower charge.
