Within two days of my contacting the company, Pete and Jimmy came over on the time I made the appointment (right on the nose!) and, after examination, discerned the issues that were causing the problem with my system. Then they went about fixing the problems. Very impressed with the company's courtesy, responsiveness, reliability and objective recommendations (future work) regarding my system. They fixed it all. They had to come back to fix a valve on our boiler, as the boiler was expelling water. I felt happy that I found them.

We like him. We try not to call the plumber too often because they are expensive. When it gets to the point our old spa was really clogged and we hadn't even been using it so we called him out. When things get clogged we try to use vinegar and baking soda with boiling hot water. That is a general maintenance thing, but when it gets to a point beyond that and even the Liquid Plumber isn't working then we call the plumber. But the one upstairs I think upstairs our shower and our big spa tub are connected pipe-wise when they did the construction up there. He is great. He is thorough and he knows what he is doing. He recommended I buy a product and I did and it prolongs the life of the toilet.
