All the 5-star reviews are totally believable, given our own experience with their commitment to a perfect result on a complicated project of ours. Given the consistency of the dozens of 5-star ratings, my only reason for taking to time to write ours is that it is now 2025, and I want to assure readers that nothing has slipped in the intervening years. They stood behind the work till every detail was perfect. When some manufacturer issues showed up after the initial installation of 10 power shades in our modern-style house with large window expanses WTI came through solving the most complicated challenges of these windows, even though follow-up visits were needed. When they did that follow-up work to resolve some functional issues in the Hunter-Douglas shades they even upgraded a couple from manual to powered, as a gift for any nuisance caused by the original mechanical shades in those windows.
Caring and follow-through of this sort is a true rarity these days. The best!

The WTI team was wonderful from start to finish. At my initial consultation, I had one treatment in mind, and Wes suggested a better (and less expensive!) option, which turned out to be perfect. Installation was easy to schedule, quick, and clean, and the quality of the product is amazing. Wes and Evan were so great to work with. Wes was very reaponsive to emails, appointments were booked quickly and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Our shade arrived quicker than expected and Wes had it installed that day to help accommodate things going on in our life. Evan did the install and was quick and professional. After having trouble with other companies due to our very high ceilings, WTI exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to refer them to others and use them again ourselves! Wes was very prompt in providing a quote for the new shades and he took the old and broken shades to his shop to be fixed. It was apparent during his initial visit that he is very knowledgeable about shades as he was going over the choices for new shades and as he was evaluating the old shades that needed to be fixed. The new shades came in about 10 - 12 days just as he had said and the installation date was set promptly. The installer was very courteous and fluent with installation of the shades. All of the work has been completed to our satisfaction and the entire experience was extremely pleasant. We can't say enough good things about the team at WTI. We highly recommend WTI for services related to window shades.

From the first email correspondence, Wes was a pleasure to work with. His communications were timely and professional. He showed up for our initial on-site consultation on-time. He provided me with several Hunter Douglas options. When I wanted a size/style that he wasn't sure Hunter Douglas could accommodate, he didn't hesitate to call them on the spot to find out. Luckily they could do what I wanted. Wes provided an easy-to-understand quote, and the blinds arrived in the timeframe he had estimated. Evan did the installation, which went more smoothly and quickly than I expected. Evan was courteous and more than competent. After the installation, I noticed a minor problem with one of the shutters and reported it to Wes. In a few weeks, Evan stopped by and took care of the problem. We couldn't be happier with every aspect of the purchase.

These were difficult windows to size and make work due it being an old house but you'd never know by the finished work! Look awesome and generates many compliments from guests to the house.

Wes Rush is wonderful to work with. He was very helpful in selecting the shades and very responsive to timing. We were moving into a new house and the shades needed to be there ASAP. Wes and his installer, Evan, made it happen. Evan did a neat and tidy installation job - he was delightful to work with as well. I would definitely contact Wes again if/when I need any new window treatments.

I was enchanted by this experience and grateful to Angieslist, where I located WTI. I wanted window treatments that looked professional and got them. Wes knows his stuff and is pleasant to work with. I wasn't sure what to put in the kitchen and am very happy with the shutters he recommended. They look astounding. I went with the light-blocking honeycomb for the bedroom, and again he helped me figure out a blue that matched the walls. We went with white honeycomb of a thiner variety for the living room. I wanted an option that kept the room cooler in summer, and he told me honeycomb would work better than solar shades. It was the little details like this that made the expense worth it. I could have bought blinds myself, but they would not have looked as good. Evan installed in an hour. Great job, great company. Bravo!

Wes and his team at WTI were professional throughout the entire job from start to finish. Wes responded promptly to my initial call for a quote and met me at my home at the set time for an appointment. He measured all the windows (20 of them) and provided me with an estimate within a few days of visiting my home. The shutters were ordered at the end of May and Wes and his team installed them at the first of July prior to us moving into the new home in mid July. The whole process took less than 5 weeks and cost $12,000.00. My shutter on my slider kept opening on its own after install so I called Wes and his team and they responded immediately to come to my home, identify the problem, order the correct part and return to replace a part. This resolved the issue 100%. I am an extremely satisfied customer and am grateful for quality providers like Wes and his team that are professional and honest in their business practice.

Wes came to the house, took specific measurements (not easy for a house built in 1900!), provided multiple design options, came up with a compelling proposal, and provided solid references. He built multiple style shutters (4 over 4 hinged shutters, and plantation style louvered shutters), and custom installed the shutters. It is important to note that installation is not easy in a house where each window has its own dimensions and "settling" issues. Wes made sure the shutters all worked independently and together. Wes also helped to select knobs that matched the existing historic knobs. He also helped select a paint color that blended with the old oil-based trim color. When one shutter developed a slight paint blemish, he replaced it at no cost! His service was excellent and he stayed within budget. I recommend Wes and WTI without reservation.

I have used WTI's services several times in the past 10 or so years. I've always been very happy with the products they offer, the advice and recommendations they've given me, and the quality of their service.
This time I called on them to replace window shades in one room and two sets of window coverings for sliding glass doors in my living/dining room.
Through no fault of WTI's, the manufacturer sent a wrong part for one of the slider window coverings, and a shade with a blemish. In all cases WTI proactively corrected every issue to my satisfaction.
I've already put a strategy in place to have them back next spring to replace another (18-year-old, aging) window covering.

We got exceptional service from WTI from start to finish.
Wes came over for the initial appointment. He was extremely knowledgable about the product, detail-oriented and offered many helpful suggestions. He has a great eye for color and knew exactly what would work for our space. As far as pricing goes, Hunter Douglas is not cheap, but we did get a quote from another highly-rated Angie's List company and found WTI's prices to be competitive. That other company seemed fine as well, but they were much less helpful during the sales process so in the end we chose to go with WTI. We are glad we did.
After we ordered, we encountered some delays with our remodel and we had to postpone our install for two months. Wes was very understanding about this and stored our blinds and shutters until we were ready for them. Once we were ready, he was able to schedule an install on the exact day that we requested.
John came over to do the install. He was friendly and professional. We found a scratch on one of the shutters during the install, no big deal, so we asked for a touch up kit. John's response was that he would order us a new panel. Amazing! The replacement panel came in quickly, was installed, and looks great.
We are quite impressed with the high quality product we received but we are even more impressed by the level of service we received. We recommend WTI without hesitation.

We recently bought a retirement home in a new development. The home has 10 foot high ceilings and very tall windows. We needed to have shades installed as soon as possible but were moving back and forth between two states as we slowly moved into our new home and the timing was tricky. Wes was very good about accommodating our schedule and gave us great advice about the type of shades we should install. He was so customer-oriented that he called to say he would be 2 minutes late! He was able to get the shades and have them installed in less than 2 weeks - again, timing things based on our schedule. John Maloney did the actual installation. He put on booties before coming into the house, left the place immaculate, and installed all the shades in a very short amount of time. He took the time to explain to us how they worked and was very patient with us.
Although the cost was higher than we had planned, we were so pleased with the entire experience, from estimate to installation, and are thrilled with the final product. You get what you pay for and we got both excellent service and an excellent product.
We would highly recommend Wes and John of WTI.
