"Superior Plumbing did a great job. I chose Superior based on Angie's List reviews. Fortunately they led me in a good direction and so I have the opportunity to now add my honest review as well. Steve (the plumber from Superior) was at my residence within an hour of my call to fix a severely plugged sink drain line. I spent hrs with a power snake the day before and couldn't clear it. This was in early April with Covid lockdown going on. Steve was wearing all protective equipment (mask, gloves, shoe covers) and was very courteous and conscientious at this difficult time. This was reassuring to me. Steve was very knowledgeable and clearly explained everything to me and was just excellent in every way! He was able to clear both lines with two types of machines (took some time due to the bad plug up) and also replaced the bad pipe section and did a great job. He added an additional larger clean out tap as well which was a great idea in looking out for the customer. Cost was very reasonable and more than fair. Steve's professionalism, skill, knowledge, courteous polite nature, and genuine concern for customer safety and satisfaction is why I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Steve was also very attentive to ensure everything was clean following the job. Great job Superior Plumbing, and thank you Steve for the excellent work you did! I highly recommend this plumbing company based on my excellent experience with Steve's visit to correct multiple plumbing problems in just a few hours. The fast response by Superior coming out so soon was also appreciated. I trust this firm based on this experience and its great knowing who to call should plumbing work be needed. He fix my plumbing pipes under my sink which were terrible squirting water like a sprinkler., I had a kitchen sink that was very very clogged, which he add unclogged it. This company had only charge me $2000 for all that to be done that he is a blessing. He also was no price on it at all. My thermostat in My Home was not working so I could not turn my heat back on mind you heâ s a plumber he fixed it for nothing. "The seller explained thoroughly all aspects of our project and costs. The installers came on the day they were supposed to. They were very courteous, very knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely fashion. "The service performed was the application of StablWall to a bowing wall of our basement. Gerry did an excellent job, from explaining the process, warranty, and paperwork to applying the product. The cleanup was excellent as well. In total, he made 4 trips to our home, and was always on time. This is the second time we have used Everdry services. The first time was to have a trench dug around the inside perimeter of our basement to prevent water seepage. This was around 4 years ago, and we haven't had a drop of water since. This company is not cheap, but we like their lifetime, transferrable warranty, which, I feel, increases the value of our home should we ever sell it."
