Nick was super easy to work with to repair my busted water pipe that froze during the winter. He was communicative, courtesy and professional. He did a great job fixing the pipe and was very reasonably priced. I’d hire him again!

If you know exactly what you need to be done and how you need it to be done, then Nick is fine. Competent. Fairly priced. Not a cheat. But if you need resourcefulness or problem-solving or would like your plumber to express any follow-up interest (when he knows you were left dissatisfied overall)? not your guy. He initially seemed friendly and is articulate and I was thinking I?d use him again. But the job became difficult and he did what he could in limited time but left me visibly upset w/the outcome (almost crying) and showed zero interest in following up to help me truly solve the problem. I would?ve paid him more to come back and rectify the problem (which he did not create and solved temporarily but kinda made it worse?aesthetically) if he expressed any interest in helping me to really fully solve this, but he did not. He gave me the name of his plumbing supply guy so I could find the plumbing piece I needed, and that guy was a schmuck who totally blew me off. Did Nick call to see if I got what I needed? No. I finally *did* find the piece I needed?no thanks to NBJ?and now will hire someone else to install (and undo what Nick did) because Nick made me feel he wanted no part of it. I was a customer who clearly had an interest in/need for additional work. Why no effort to fill that need? He?s fine as a one-time basic-fix guy, but if you?re looking for someone to care about your ultimate satisfaction or go above and beyond? keep looking.

Got back to me quickly and had fast availability. Polite and answered all of my questions. Even gave advice that will probably save me money in the long run. Quote included materials and labor and was in line with the other quotes I received. Easy payment and a 30 day guarantee on the work.

Nick was always responsive, provided options for how to fix the leaky faucet handles, and guaranteed if the first option didnâ t work, heâ d apply the fee to the second option. He was timely, he quickly found the part that was needed and came back to install, and cleaned up after the job was done. Iâ d highly recommend Nick.
