"We closed on our new home on April 30, 2015 and as promised Enhancement Systems arrived first thing on May 1st to install our Hide-A-Hose Central Vacuum System. This was a brand new home which our builder no longer offered a central vacuum system. That was lucky for us as this is a far superior system than what we would have been offered and at a much better price. From my initial inquiry to the finished product, we are thrilled with this system. The men who did the installation were courteous and professional and did an outstanding job. "He was good but, following instructions, he wasn't so good. He didn't complete all the tasks that I wanted done. I felt like he was only going to do one thing because, I wasn't wanting to pay him more. I knew what needed to be done but, not how it needed to be done. I specifically asked him if he knew how to put the screens in those screens, they were kits. His intention was to do one job. You cut screen, put the rubber in, put the frame together and then stretch it. It's not hard. I just wanted him to put two screens together and put them in two windows. I have no screens. He didn't have a measuring tape. He knows his craft, just finds a way to get out of it. He was early and on time. I thought the price was reasonable and he had it done in an hour. I had everything that he needed. He knows his stuff. I don't care how you do it, just do it."
